Orders will be dispatched the next business day. During the Christmas an New Year period any orders placed between 21st December and 2nd January will be dispatched from the 3rd January.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, in most situations we are able to alter the contents of the order if stock is available and we can amend any personal details, such as your shipping address.

Yes, we offer gift cards. Saddleworld Gift Cards do not expire and can be used at any time ONLINE ONLY.
