CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
To make a change or cancel your order please contact us urgently on (02) 4450 5200 Once your goods have been despatched we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
If your order has been despatched, we can arrange an exchange or refund once you contact us on (02) 4450 5200 or info@saddleworldshoalhaven.com.au Please note that postage charges are non-refundable. Please quote your first name and surname in the reference field as they appear on your order.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND
We are happy to refund or exchange full priced items that are returned to us in the original, packaged and unused condition within 21 days from the date of receipt. We are unable to offer return or refund for sale items. Please note we are unable to accept gullet plates for return, exchange or refund. In regards to new saddle purchases, if the saddle you choose is not the right fit for you or your horse, we can work with you to organise collection, exchange or refund subject to a $100 restocking fee.

FAULTY GOODS
Please contact us if you suspect your product to be faulty. The discretion of the supplier will deem if the product has a manufacturers fault or was misused.
Saddleworld Shoalhaven will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post or courier services.

Once these items leave our store, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored in, such as temperature, humidity, or exposure to elements, which can affect their efficiency and safety. To ensure the health and well-being of your animals, we have a strict policy of no returns on vet products due to these uncontrollable factors. If you have any concerns regarding the product's condition upon receipt, please contact us immediately before use.
Shipping Costs
Please note that unless the item is deemed faulty, shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the item is found to be faulty. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.
Our returns policy conforms with the regulations of the Office of Consumer Affairs New South Wales.
Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture, should be returned for our inspection.
Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.
We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.
We will gladly refund your purchase if the goods supplied are faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement.
Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.
All exchanges will be charged at the usual postage rate when returned to you.
We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
